📦 Shipping Is Included in Every Price

At FashionExpress, there are no additional shipping charges at checkout — the delivery cost is already included in the price you see. What you see is what you pay.

🕐 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification with tracking once your order has shipped.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We use an express international shipping service (via CJ Logistics) for all UK orders, providing reliable tracked delivery direct to your door.

🌐 How We Ship

FashionExpress sources products from trusted global suppliers. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from supplier warehouses — primarily located in China, the United States and across the EU — and shipped via our logistics partner CJ Logistics. This direct-from-supplier model is how we keep prices competitive.

Your order may arrive in packaging that references the fulfilment warehouse rather than the FashionExpress brand — this is completely normal and does not affect your order, warranty or consumer rights.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a real-time tracking link. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it immediately.

⏱ What to Expect (UK Orders)

  • Days 1–2: Order processed and dispatched from supplier warehouse
  • Days 2–5: In transit internationally via express courier
  • Days 5–10: Delivered to your UK address

If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, contact us — we'll investigate and either resend or issue a full refund.

🚫 Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. FashionExpress cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to sender, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional costs may apply).
