14-day hassle-free returns. We want you to love every purchase — and if you don't, we'll make it right.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at returns@fashionexpress.store. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Step 1: Email us at returns@fashionexpress.store with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.
Step 2: We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend a tracked postage service — keep your proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Step 4: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@fashionexpress.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We'll arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna etc.) within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at returns@fashionexpress.store.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. If the item you'd like is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund instead.
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
As a dropship retailer, our products are fulfilled by global suppliers. All returns must be approved by us first — please do not send items back without contacting us at returns@fashionexpress.store.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address. For some items, we may offer a partial refund as an alternative to international return shipping — particularly where return costs may exceed the product value. We will always discuss the best option with you directly.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects those statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason, without penalty.
