Shipping
Shipping price is included on all orders. No minimum spend required.
UK Delivery
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
International Delivery
We currently ship primarily within the UK. International shipping options will be displayed at checkout where available.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Refund Policy
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fashionexpress.store within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Sale items may not be eligible for return unless faulty
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Faulty or Damaged Items
