🛒 Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add items to your basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once dispatched we're unable to make amendments, but you can return the item under our returns policy.
How will I know my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase with your order number and details. Once dispatched, you'll get a second email with tracking information. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you need help tracking, contact us and we'll look into it for you straight away.
🚚 Delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–7 business days. We work with UK-based suppliers wherever possible to keep delivery times short. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free delivery?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the UK, USA, and select EU countries including Germany, France, and the Netherlands. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First check your tracking link for the latest update. If your estimated delivery date has passed with no movement, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Health and beauty products must be unopened and unused for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@fashionexpress.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks typically take a further 3–5 working days to show the funds in your account.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — we're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it for you quickly.

How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide rather than going by your usual size, as sizing can vary between brands. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up.
Are your health and wellness products safe?
Yes — we only stock health and wellness products from verified, reputable suppliers. All products comply with UK regulations. Always read the label and consult a healthcare professional if you have any medical conditions or concerns before use.
Will you be adding new products?
Yes — we add new arrivals regularly. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about new products, restocks, and exclusive offers — plus get 10% off your first order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Absolutely. Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details — all payments are handled directly by our secure payment processor.
Can I pay in instalments with Klarna?
Yes — Klarna is available at checkout, letting you split your payment into 3 interest-free instalments. Simply select Klarna at checkout and follow the steps. Subject to eligibility and Klarna's terms.
👤 Account
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can checkout as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and access your order history at any time.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
