At FashionExpress, we want you to love everything you order. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns policy in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This policy applies to all orders placed on fashionexpress.store and covers both fashion and health & wellness products (subject to the conditions below).
- Unworn clothing with original tags attached
- Unwashed items in original condition
- Footwear in original box, unworn outside
- Accessories in original packaging
- Unopened, sealed health & beauty products
- Faulty or damaged items (any condition)
- Wrong item received
- Worn, washed, or altered clothing
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Opened health, beauty, or wellness products
- Underwear, swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 14 days
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Personalised or custom-made items
Step 1: Email us at fashionexpress.store2026@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for your return.
Step 2: We'll reply within 24 hours with your return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us — we can't guarantee we'll be able to process unrequested returns.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible. We recommend using a tracked postage service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Step 4: Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.) within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Your bank or payment provider may take a further 3–5 working days to show the funds in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 working days, please contact us and we'll look into it.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, faulty item).
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange. If the item you'd like is out of stock, we'll offer a full refund instead.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at fashionexpress.store2026@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We'll arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund — whichever you prefer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects those statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it (the "cooling off" period), for any reason, without penalty.
