We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Payment is taken at the point of order placement.

If a pricing error is identified on your order, we will contact you before processing. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control including postal delays, supplier delays, or adverse weather.

Delivery is included on all orders. Delivery costs maybe subject to change and will be shown at checkout.

We also ship to the USA and select EU countries. International delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate.

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.

Health, beauty, and wellness products must be unopened and unused for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned once opened, unless they are faulty.
